Audition for a role in this upcoming Holiday production of The Gifts of the Magi Musical by Randy Courts and Mark St. Germain.

Roles include: Willy (or Wilhemenia) Porter: Male or Female, Flexible age, Tenor/Baritone or Soprano With Belt
A cheerful, enthusiastic newsboy and storyteller who helps set the scene of New York at Christmastime. Willy brings energy, wit and youthful charm, acting as both narrator and participant in the story. He represents the hopeful, bustling spirit of the city, drawing the audience into the world of Jim and Della. Requires strong singing voice, charisma and the ability to connect directly with the audience.

Jim Dillingham: Male, 20s–30s, Baritone/Tenor
A sincere, hardworking young man who has recently moved to New York with his wife, Della. Though struggling financially, he is full of hope, humor and deep love for Della. Needs strong acting skills to convey warmth, frustration and devotion.

Della Dillingham: Female, 20s–30s, Mezzo-Soprano/Soprano
Jim’s spirited, optimistic wife. Despite financial hardship, she carries a playful energy and an unwavering love for her husband. Della is emotional, witty and resourceful. Requires strong singing and acting range to balance joy, tenderness and vulnerability.
