Join The City of Beacon’s Conservation Advisory Committee, Sloop Club and U.S Coast Guard Auxiliary for their Fall Beacon Shoreline Clean up event on Saturday October 4th, from 9-11am.   They are looking for volunteers interested in cleaning trash and debris at locations along the Hudson River and Fishkill Creek.  Volunteers are encouraged to bring work gloves & boots and should be prepared for shore line terrain. The clean up sites are Pete and Toshi Seeger Riverfront Park, Long Dock Park, Madam Brett Park, Rocky Glen (The Lofts at Beacon, Front Street).
