How does it work?
1. Choose 1-2 recipes from any Julia Turshen cookbook.
2. Sign up with what you'll be bringing below. (link below)
3. Bring your dish(es) to the gathering ready to eat with serving utensils.
What if I don't have the cookbook?
Julia Turshen cookbooks are available at local bookstores and through the Mid-Hudson Library System. Also several of her recipes are available on her Substack.
What can I expect?
Rebecca will supply plates, utensil and napkins.
How much do I make?
In terms of serving sizes, please review the recipe's serving size and use your judgement.
