Ecstatic Dance is a conscious, freeform movement experience that invites you to dance and move freel, without social expectations or the pressure to perform. It offers a supportive space to release tension, explore deeper layers of self expression, and connect iwth others through the universal language of movement.

When you embrace Ecstatic Dance you agree to 1. be present (no phones, no cameras) 2. no talking on the dance floor, expression through movement only 3. no intoxicants 4. respect boundaries 5. no outside shoes 6. feel free to move how you want to with no judgement or expectation.
