Come join a cookbook club! Hosted by local food preserver and artist Rebecca Echevarria, bring any dish (and serving utensils) from a Samin Nosrat cookbook to share to Hudson Valley Brewery on Monday December 8th at 6pm. If you’d like to make another recipe by Samin Nosrat available online, feel free! Her books can be found at local libraries or bookstores. This is a free event but donations ($3-5) are welcome to cover the cost of supplies. Folks are also welcome to order a drink from Hudson Valley Brewery if they'd like.
