VENUE will provide times upon booking. Boats leave at 3:00 PM and 4:30 PM, returning 7:30 PM and 8:30 PM. The Bannerman Castle Trust (BCT) and Chef Noah Sheetz (founder of the Chefs Consortium) return to Bannerman Island for the highly anticipated annual Farm to Table Dinner. Chef Sheetz and five of his colleagues return to create a delectable five-course meal which serves as a fundraiser for Bannerman Island restoration projects.
For those who have not yet visited Bannerman’s Island, this is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the island during the peak Summer Garden bloom and witness the amazing progress the BCT has made on the island’s trails and structures.
This culinary event includes a boat ride on the RV Estuary Steward from the Beacon, NY dock down through the Hudson Highlands to Bannerman Island and back, as well as a guided tour of the island and an incredible dinner experience you will never forget. The dinner also includes a night of music will be performed by classical guitarist, Dan Garcia. An art show featuring Hudson River and Bannerman Island works will also be on exhibit, all works for sale.
