Join Shane Killoran of Hit House Creative and Andrea Talarico of Stanza Books who will co-moderate a talkback with filmmaker Tami Kashia Gold and former sex worker Molly Simmons, following the screening. As well as featuring in the film, Molly is a publisher and author. A curated collection of books provided by Stanza will be onsite and available for purchase.
About the film: This new documentary is both a tender portrayal of people who don’t often merit such an approach and a political work. The conversations, narration, and visual messaging all convey that sex work is work; that sex workers are experts on themselves, and that they are participating in the political process.
